Can you fix my hot and cold rooms?

Yes! Air vent temperatures can change 8-10 degrees with leaky ductwork.

Is this process safe for my family and pets?

Absolutely! Aeroseal is safe, non-toxic and water-soluble, made of the same material that is found in chewing gum and baby pacifiers. This process has been done in hospitals, surgery centers, schools and public buildings to make sure their air is clean, healthy and comfortable.

Is there a warranty?

We guarantee our work for at least 10 years. Aeroseal has stress-tested it up to 40 years in homes. Any future duct cleanings will not harm the sealant material.

Will the insides of my ductwork be coated with sealant?

No. This formula doesn’t coat or line your ducts. The sealant will only stick to the gaps or cracks in the ducts.

How do you disinfect or sanitize my ducts?

We use Foster First Defense 40-80 Disinfectant cleaner that will clean & deodorize your ductwork. Most importantly, it is applied using the SaniJet sanitizing system that is inserted into the ducts so that an even coating is sprayed to the inner walls. We won't fog your whole house!
